Building Baliawear everywhere

This is a hybrid part-time, hourly position with pay based on experience.
Based in Miami, FL (required) reporting to our HQ.

You are obsessed with:

  • Making content go viral
  • Making everything look beautiful
  • Creating relatable moments for the everyday woman
  • Turning attention into sales

You will own the day-to-day execution of our content and marketing engine while helping scale our influencer and community presence.

This role blends creativity with performance.

If you only love aesthetics but not analytics — this isn’t for you.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

1. Viral Content Execution

  • Work directly with Founder to film, script, and package high-performing talking videos
  • Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, Shorts, and Pinterest
  • Collaborate with overseas editor to create multiple hook variations
  • Repurpose organic viral content into paid ad creative
  • Track performance weekly and optimize for growth
  • Manage and drive content creation: photoshoots and videoshoots

KPI: Views, Saves, Shares, Revenue from Content

2. Influencer Program Launch & Growth

  • Build and manage our affiliate influencer program
  • Identify micro + mid-tier creators aligned with the brand pillars
  • Manage outreach, contracts, tracking links, and reporting
  • Turn top-performing influencers into long-term ambassadors

KPI: Influencer-generated revenue + content output

3. Email & Campaign Support

  • Manage and execute weekly email campaigns and flows (inspirational, educational, sales)
  • Align product launches with social storytelling
  • Support website banner updates & campaign messaging

KPI: Email revenue growth + campaign execution speed

4. Community & Local Partnerships

  • Identify and build relationships with Miami-based brands, hotels, stylists, and event partners
  • Support pop-ups, community activations, and photoshoots
  • Help grow brand presence both online and offline
  • Identify Public Relations opportunities to set up meetings and demonstrations both in local and national press

DAY-TO-DAY

  • Build and manage structured content calendar
  • Strategically post on all social media channels following trends and optimizing often
  • Concept email campaigns and edit flows
  • Ensure consistent, elevated brand voice
  • Analyze performance data weekly and adjust strategy
  • Coordinate photoshoots (styling, models, logistics support)
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and founder-led content
  • Stay on top of trends — but elevate them to our luxury positioning

You will work directly with the Founder to execute and refine the content and marketing engine that drives revenue.

Your work will directly influence:

  • Brand awareness and audience growth
  • Revenue generated from content, influencers, and campaigns
  • Expansion of our influencer and ambassador network
  • The speed and scale at which the brand grows

You will gain hands-on experience inside a fast-growing, founder-led fashion brand and learn how viral content translates into real business growth.

This role has strong growth potential. As the company scales, there is opportunity for increased responsibility/full-time, compensation growth, and expanded leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years experience in content, social media, or digital marketing (fashion preferred)
  • Proven ability to grow or manage social accounts
  • Strong writing skills with compelling hooks & CTAs
  • Native English or Bilingual proficiency
  • Extremely detail oriented to ensure brand messaging is the highest quality
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environment
  • Based in Miami (required) reporting to out HQ at least 3 times a week
  • Available for flexible production and event schedule
  • Can lift 25lbs+ to assist office and warehouse where needed

To allow women of all shapes and sizes to have achieve a perfect fit to their bodies. Founder and Designer, Alvina Lam, grew up having trouble finding clothing that fit, so she cut, tied and created new ways to wear what already was in her closet. She was inspired to create a line with a new take on sizing allowing women to tie clothing to get a personalized fit.
