Where are we made? All clothing and fabric accessories are hand crafted in the USA in Miami, Florida, USA.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping: FREE within the United States for clothing orders over $80 and takes around 3-10 business days shipping from Miami, FL.
International Shipments: Standard 5-14 business days, Express 3-8 business days. Custom & duty charges may apply. *Please note with high volumes, shipping services may experience delays.
Handling: All orders with Standard sized items will ship within 2-3 business days of purchase.
This includes Air orders, please include handling time when calculating expected ship date. International shipping & custom rates may apply.
Delivery: We use third party shipment services i.e. USPS, UPS, DHL and use the same tracking detail that is displayed for the customer. If you have questions about an item that has been delivered according to shipping notifications, please inquire with your local post service man/woman. Due to high volume of packages, a package may be delivered to a neighbor accidentally as well - we are all human! If you still have questions regarding a delivery, please email us with your order #. We will do our best to help from where we are located.
What is your return policy?
Exchanges: Free Exchanges on domestic orders for new unworn product only within 20 days of receiving. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Refunds: Option to return with your preferred carrier or simply email us to assist. Our team will issue a flat $10 invoice for a return label for domestic orders within 20 days of new unworn product. Final sale products do not qualify for returns: bikini bottoms with the hygienic sticker removed, No Slip Kits and face covers. We reserve the right to determine if the piece shows signs of wear (ie. smell, stains, powders, deodorant, makeup, and pet hair etc). We are not responsible for returns sent on your behalf. We can only process returns if we have the items delivered successfully. We recommend requesting a return label issued by our team to avoid delivery errors or delays. New unworn product only, worn damaged items will be sent back to original sender as final sale. Please email email@example.com with your order number and we will initiate the process with a $10 invoice for your return label. Once received in new condition, we process your refund within 1-2 weeks.
International returns and exchanges can be initiated with a postmark date before the 20 day window. International labels not covered by Baliawear. Please note that this item is a return on all forms or custom charges may apply.

How do I wash my clothing? For long last of your hand crafted items, we recommend dry clean or hand wash and hang dry. Items are also machine washable in gentle cycle although all machines vary and we cannot advocate for all machine washing.
